At its core, the microphone features a 1.3" cardioid condenser capsule with an ECC83 valve and a vintage-inspired output transformer. The 120 Hz low-cut filter helps reduce boomy lows or low-end room rumbles, while the 12 kHz high-cut filter helps to tame bright rooms and harsh sources. A spider shockmount is included to insulate the mic from vibrations and handling noise.
